We don't stop your assistant and we don't upgrade you to a pricier plan. You buy extra credit from the assistant itself at a price published now — all figures in SAR including VAT.
A sliding scale: each tier is priced only on what falls inside it, so the total rises with volume and never jumps. Minimum top-up: 300 replies = 30 SAR.

From WhatsApp itself: in «تدريب» (“training”) mode, write any information about your business, or send a file, photo or your website link, or write «خدمة جديدة» (“new service”) — it saves it and tells you what it saved. Send «تجربة» (“test”) to ask it as a customer would. Anything it doesn't know, it asks you — and your answer is saved. The full guide is on the managing your assistant page (Arabic).
Send «لوحتي» from the owner's WhatsApp number (or any registered trainer's) and you get your dashboard link right away: remaining quota, balances and recent activity. The link is valid for one hour to protect your account — if it expires, send «لوحتي» again for a new one.
A card is required for the subscription: mada, credit or Mastercard, renewing automatically. For top-ups you can use any card plus Apple Pay, STC Pay and Samsung Pay.
